    Honey Glazed Pork Chops

    I did not make this meal, but wanted to share what I was planning on doing! When my mom comes into town, we have 2 “restaurant traditions”…and since she’s only here for 3 nights we had to hit up our traditional spots!

    Honey Glazed Pork Chops

    Delightful flavor in these juicy pork chops!
    Prep Time5 minutes
    Cook Time8 hours
    Servings - 4 servings

    Ingredients 

    • Water or Broth
    • 4 Pork Chops
    • 2 tbsp brown sugar
    • 3 tbsp honey
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • 1 cup rice
    • 3 Broccoli Heads

    Instructions

    • Place 1/2 - 1 cup water (or beef stock if you prefer) in base of crockpot. Place porkchops into water. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and brown sugar. Drizzle honey over each chop so it is mostly covered. Rub it around if necessary.
    • Cook on low for 8 hours.
    • Steam broccoli heads.
    • Cook 1 cup rice in 2 1/2 cups water. Bring water to boil. Add rice and reduce to simmer. Cover and cook 20 minutes.
    • Serve Honey Glazed Pork Chops with side of rice and veggies.

      I am making this right now.. and not sure.. it is really dry.. and has tons of water.. I only added 1/2 cup of water.. Maybe it just me.. but I will not be making this again.. I love of the others though! Keep up the great work.!

      My kids loved it.. they did not need the knife to eat it.. and they said that it tasted great.. Thats all that matters I suppose.. :o)
