    One of my favorite salad dressings that is so easy and less expensive to make myself than to purchase at the store.

    Homemade Salad Dressing: Dijon Vinaigrette

    Super quick and easy to prepare!
    Prep Time5 minutes

    Ingredients 

    • 2 1/2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
    • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
    • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions

    • Mix all ingredients together and shake well.
    • Refrigerate leftovers.

      I’ve been using a home-made salad dressing for quite a while now and it is simply wonderful–it is great on any salad!
      Just combine equal parts red wine vinegar, olive oil, and lemon juice with salt and pepper to taste. Voila!

      Forgot to mention–add a pinch of dried oregano as well. This is just like the dressing that restaurants use on Greek salad 🙂
