homemade salad dressing

One of my favorite salad dressings that is so easy and less expensive to make myself than to purchase at the store.

I’ve been using a home-made salad dressing for quite a while now and it is simply wonderful–it is great on any salad!
Just combine equal parts red wine vinegar, olive oil, and lemon juice with salt and pepper to taste. Voila!

Forgot to mention–add a pinch of dried oregano as well. This is just like the dressing that restaurants use on Greek salad 🙂
