With five kids under six it can be pretty difficult to find quick, healthy meals that everyone will actually eat, but these Tangy BBQ Chicken Wings are a family favorite that we can all agree on.

Although not much beats the joy of watching everyone eat the same meal without complaint, I also love that this versatile dish can be used as either an entree or an appetizer, and because they’re broiled and not fried these tasty wings are much healthier than restaurant and pre-packaged varieties.

What’s your favorite marinade/sauce for chicken wings?! Is there one that your family all agrees on?!

You bet Ethel! I’ve tried it with orange juice and it was fabulous, but I’m betting that apple would work just fine also 🙂

I made this with chicken thighs last night and it was so yummy! The kids ate it up and asked me to make sure to make it again!
