Crack Chicken Slider Bake
Cheesy Crack Chicken Slider Bake — The Ultimate Crowd-Pleaser!
Servings - 12 sliders
Ingredients
- 3 large chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 2 Tbsp minced dried onion
- 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix 1 packets worth
- 8 oz. block cream cheese cut into smaller pieces
- 12 slider buns
- 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1 tsp Ranch dressing mix
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts, chicken broth, minced onion, Ranch dressing mix and cream cheese into the slow cooker. Slow cook on low for 8 hours. Once cooked, shred the chicken and stir until the shredded chicken and cream sauce are formed.
- Preheat the oven to 350. Cook and crumble the 4 slices of bacon.
- Slice the slider buns in half, and place the bottoms into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Spoon the shredded chicken onto the slider buns, then sprinkle the cooked and crumbled bacon and then the shredded cheese on top. Place the tops of the slider buns over the top.
- Melt the butter and mix the ranch dressing mix up. Spread and brush on top of the slider bake. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven, slice the sliders so you can pull them apart easily from the pan. Serve warm and enjoy!
