Cowboy Beef Slider Bake
This hearty slider bake transforms everything you love about a loaded burger into one easy, shareable dish.
Servings - 15 sliders
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef browned
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup French fried onions
- 15 sweet Hawaiian slider buns
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Brown the ground beef and drain of any fat. Mix in the BBQ sauce.
- Cook and crumble the bacon.
- Cut the sweet rolls in half and place the bottoms into the prepared baking dish. Spoon the ground beef with BBQ onto the bottoms of the rolls, then top with the crumbled bacon, French fried onions and shredded cheddar cheese. Place the tops of the rolls on top.
- In a small mixing bowl, mix together the honey and mustard with a fork. Spoon and spread over the tops of the rolls.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until cheese has melted. Pull apart and serve. Enjoy!
