Is your Columbus date Friday, Jan 15th, or Saturday, Jan 16th? The list says Friday, Jan 16th! If it’s Friday, I’m taking time off work to jet up to Lewis Center to buy your cookbook and get your signature. How exciting for you Erin, way to go!

I’m so glad your book came out – too bad I can’t find it in my area. I will have to purchase it off the internet:( That will take longer. Would love to meet you in Canada! Any plans for western USA or Canada?

I just picked up your book at a Borders Book Store. I had to go in with hubby, while he looked for a magazine, and low and behold right on the shelf next to where I was standing was your book. I grabbed it fast and said I was getting it even if he didn’t find the magazine he was looking for.

I’ve already gone through the first 2 chapters and half the recipes (finding things I can do with holiday leftovers this coming week). I’m hooked. I’ve always picked up ideas from your blog – but to have your book at my fingertips is PERFECT, even if I can’t get it signed (ya don’t want to be coming to the east coast in the winter – especially THIS year).

Thanks so much for all the time you put into it and then sharing it with us.

Unfortunately I can’t make it to your book signing this Friday in Columbus, but I was so excited to see an article about you in today’s Columbus Dispatch. It was so cool to see a story about a blog that I read! It’s also great to see that Robin Davis joined in the pantry challenge for a week.

Come on out to San Francisco. We definitely need to save money with the cost of living being so high. I’ll even find you a bookstore if you like. 🙂
