    I make a sausage casserole
1 roll of sausage (flavor of choice)
6 eggs ( more or less depends on your group)
    1 bag of shredded cheese
    1 roll of crescent rolls

brown/drain sausage then put sausage in casserole dish, next add your eggs, then cheese, and finally top off with cresent rolls. Cook until cresent rolls are brown.

Sometimes we add ham & bacon with the sausage it just depends on what your group likes. This is too simple & easy.

Love the photo, but I’m not sure if it would necessarily fit into what I might call a well rounded diet, for me. Thank you for the links, well worth some looking around.
