Emily, it’a actually quite good. I do usually add a bit of seasonings (pepeper, garlic, paparika). It’s loverly comfort food.

Hey Erin, I saw this recipe today and thought of you: http://www.christmas-cookies.com/recipes/recipe171.potato-candy.html
Don’t know if it’s gluten free or not, but it reminded me of the potato pizza you made, and I thought you might like a GF Christmas Cookie recipe?

I’m going to try this recipe but since I am pregnant we are using canned chunk chicken instead of tuna!

Are there measurements for this recipe? This looks good, but I don’t trust myself to get the proportions right without some guidance!

Where are the measurements!?!? And could you use a can of condensed Campbell soup instead of making a sauce to be quicker?

So, I’m wondering if you removed all of the recipes from your website or just a few??? I’ve promoted you on twitter and used your site often… sad that it doesn’t seem user friendly any longer. Good luck selling your book.
