    Reuben Croissants

Have I ever mentioned that I have a love affair with melted cheese?

    Yummy, gooey and warm.

It really goes well with any meal. This time our cheese makes its appearance in these easy to make Reuben Croissants. They can be a little messy to make, but they bake together nicely. If you’re lucky, some of the cheese will melt onto the pan and get crispy so after you serve the Reubens you can sneak back and eat the leftover melted cheese. {Not that I do that.} Besides, the pan has to get cleaned somehow, right?

My kids love to help make these! (Maybe that’s why they end up being a little messier to make!)

You’ll end up with a hearty warm sandwich to fill the family’s tummies without ever spending time over the stove!  (Well, you have to throw it in the oven, but that’s a given, right?)
