Alfredo Marinara Beef Tortellini Bake
Tender cheese tortellini are baked in a rich blend of creamy Alfredo and zesty marinara sauce, layered with seasoned ground beef and gooey melted cheese.
Servings - 8 servings
Ingredients
- 20 oz package cheese tortellini
- 1 lb ground beef browned
- 15 oz jar Alfredo sauce
- 15 oz jar marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh chopped basil, as garnish
- Fresh veggies, as side dish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Add the cheese tortellini to the dish with 1/2 cup of HOT water. Sprinkle the browned ground beef around the tortellini.
- In a large bowl, gently whisk together the Alfredo sauce and marinara sauce. Pour over the pasta and beef and gently combine.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown and tortellini are cooked. Add optional garnish of basil leaves.
