Perfect Friday Night Meal!

I make homemade waffle mix since most “box waffles” have soy in them.

Ingredients
1 3/4 cups flour ($.25)
2 tablespoons sugar ($.10)
1 tablespoon baking powder ($.10)
2 eggs ($.30)
1 3/4 cups milk ($.35) Use rice milk or soy milk if dairy-free
1/2 cup oil ($.20)
1 teaspoon vanilla ($.20) (or use homemade vanilla extract!)

Cut Fruit ($2)
4 T Butter ($.40)
Syrup ($.30)

Directions
1. Mix all waffle ingredients in bowl. Whisk well.
2. Pour into waffle maker and cook until steam stops.
3. Cut/wash fruit as needed.
4. Serve with butter and syrup.

Cost $ 4.20

Can you leave the dry portion mixed up in the pantry? Like bisquick or other waffle mix?

A little runny at first.. Don’t put in too much batter the first try.. We had major overflow! After we added a little more flour, they turned out delicious!! Enjoy!
