Spaghetti

CLASSIC!

Ingredients
Pasta noodles ($.50, use 1/2 of lb. box for $1)
1/2 lb ground beef or turkey ($1.05) (Ground turkey is often on sale at my Kroger!)
1/2 onion ($.30), chopped
Jar spaghetti sauce ($.66)…buy store brand, you’ll never know the diff., use 1/2 jar
Garden Salad with…
Lettuce ($.75)
Tomato ($.55)
Shredded Cheese ($.40), handful sprinkled
Dressing ($.20)
1/2 Loaf French Bread ($.50)
1 T butter ($.10)

Directions
1. Boil water, add pasta, cook 10-12 minutes. Drain. Serve with meat sauce.
2. Brown 1/2 lb ground beef. Add chopped onion. Drain on paper towels.
3. Add can spaghetti sauce to ground beef.
4. Prepare salad with dressing.
5. Warm bread, serve with butter.
