Smashed Chicken Caesar Wraps

Smashed Chicken Caesar Wraps combine tender smashed chicken, Caesar salad, and Parmesan cheese - all wrapped in a soft tortilla for a bold, satisfying meal.

Servings - 8 wraps

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb. ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper, each
  • 1 bag Caesar salad kit
  • 8 flour tortillas

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken and grated Parmesan cheese. Divide into 4 smaller balls to smash and cook in the skillet.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Add 2 of the chicken balls and smash flat with a spatula. Cook about 2 minutes on each side, until begins to golden and chicken has cooked through. Repeat with the other 2 chicken balls so that it's all cooked through.
  • Mix up the caesar salad (with or without the croutons) and assemble the wraps by adding pieces of the smashed chicken with caesar salad onto the tortillas.
  • Serve Smashed Chicken Caesar Wraps with favorite fresh veggies or fruit. Enjoy!
