Ingredients
1lb.ground chicken
1/2cupgrated Parmesan cheese
1/2tspsalt and pepper, each
1bagCaesar salad kit
8flour tortillas
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken and grated Parmesan cheese. Divide into 4 smaller balls to smash and cook in the skillet.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Add 2 of the chicken balls and smash flat with a spatula. Cook about 2 minutes on each side, until begins to golden and chicken has cooked through. Repeat with the other 2 chicken balls so that it's all cooked through.
Mix up the caesar salad (with or without the croutons) and assemble the wraps by adding pieces of the smashed chicken with caesar salad onto the tortillas.
