This sheet pan salmon and veggies recipe is a quick and healthy meal, perfect for busy weeknights.

- 4 4 oz. salmon fillets
- lemon juice drizzles
- salt and pepper
- 1 lb. bag baby carrots
- 1 lb. asparagus spears ends snapped off
- olive oil drizzles
- seasoning salt dusting
Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
Place the salmon fillets onto the prepared baking sheet. Add a few drizzles of lemon juice to each fillet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add the baby carrots and asparagus spears in a single layer around the salmon.
Drizzle olive oil over the asparagus and baby carrots and then add a dusting of seasoning salt to the veggies.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and veggies are fork tender.
