Ingredients
16oz.small shell pasta
1lb.Italian pork sausage
6oz.bag fresh spinach
4ozbag sun-dried tomatoes
2cupsheavy cream
1/2cupchicken stock
grated Parmesan cheesegarnish
Instructions
In a large saucepan or stock pot, cook the pasta as directed on the package.
In a large skillet, brown the pork sausage and drain the fat. Return the sausage to the skillet.
Over medium heat, cook the fresh spinach in when the browned sausage, until is shrinks down. Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream and chicken stock. Let simmer over low heat until the pasta is ready.
Serve the Sausage Tuscan Cream sauce over the cooked pasta, with dusting of grated Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
