- 3 lbs. boneless pork shoulder cut into large pieces
- 2 - 15 oz. cans diced tomatoes undrained
- 6 oz. tomato paste
- .87 oz. packet pork gravy mix
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 8 oz. sliced white mushrooms
Add the ingredients into the slow cooker.
Cover; cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH 4 to 6 hours or until meat is tender. Separate pork into smaller pieces.
Serve Shredded Pork with Mushrooms with favorite sides like garlic toast, mashed potatoes and veggies.
