Shredded Pork with Mushrooms

Plates were cleared, stakes were claimed on the leftovers (pulled pork sandwiches for lunch), and we all left the table with full, happy bellies.

Ingredients 

  • 3 lbs. boneless pork shoulder cut into large pieces
  • 2 - 15 oz. cans diced tomatoes undrained
  • 6 oz. tomato paste
  • .87 oz. packet pork gravy mix
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 8 oz. sliced white mushrooms

Instructions

  • Add the ingredients into the slow cooker.
  • Cover; cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH 4 to 6 hours or until meat is tender. Separate pork into smaller pieces.
  • Serve Shredded Pork with Mushrooms with favorite sides like garlic toast, mashed potatoes and veggies.
