Ingredients
1lb.ground beef
15oz.can sloppy joe sauce
8slicesTexas garlic toast
8slicessmoky provolone cheese
salad or veggiesside dish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with foil or silicone baking mat.
Place the Texas toast on the baking sheet and place in the oven for 10 minutes, while the ground beef is cooking.
In a skillet, brown the ground beef and drain if necessary. Add the sloppy joe sauce to the browned ground beef and stir to combine.
Remove the toast from the oven, then divide the sloppy joe sauce onto each of the pieces of toast. Place a slice of smoky Provolone cheese over the sloppy joe meat. Return to the oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
