Ingredients
1lb.ground beefbrowned
15oz.can sloppy joe sauce
1/4cupbanana pepperschopped
8slicesfrozen garlic toast
sliced Provolone cheese

Instructions
Finely chop the white onion. Chop the celery stalks. Peel and chop the carrots.
In a large skillet, melt the butter and saute the onion, celery, and carrots for 3 to 5 minutes. Mix in the ground chicken with the veggies and brown until the chicken is no longer pink.
Stir in the sloppy joe sauce, Cajun seasoning and paprika. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble the sandwiches by adding sloppy joe meat onto buns and add a pinch full of shredded cheddar on top of the sloppy joe meat. Let melt and add the top bun.
