To your slow cooker insert, add the pre-cooked frozen meatballs. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix, gravy mix, minced garlic, Pepperoncini peppers, and butter (cut into pads). Pour the beef broth over the top.
Set the slow cooker on low and cook for 6 hours.
