Ingredients
1/2cupbuttermelted
1/3cupbrown sugar
1/3cupwhite sugar
1largeegg
1tspvanilla
1cupwhite flouror 1:1 gluten-free flour blend
1/2tsp baking soda
1/2tsp salt
1/2cupmini chocolate chips
1cupmini Cadbury easter egg chocolates
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325 F. Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, melt the butter and then stir in both sugars, the vanilla and the egg. Stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold in the mini chocolate chips and mini Cadbury chocolate eggs.
Pour the batter into the parchment paper lined baking dish and spread into an even layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until middle has set.
Let the cookie bars cool before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
