Ingredients
1lb.ground beef
1Tbspminced onion
1tspgarlic powder
1tspWorcestershire sauce
Salt and pepperto taste
15oz.can diced tomatoesdrained
2cupscooked rice
1 1/2cupsshredded cheddar cheese
Fresh veggiesside dish
Instructions
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the minced onion and garlic powder. Drain if needed. Stir the Worcestershire sauce into the browned ground beef. Then stir in the drained diced tomatoes.
Once the tomatoes are heated through, add in the cooked rice and cook until warm.
Remove the frying pan from heat and add in the cheese, stir until melted into the dish.
