Ingredients
16oz.small shell pastaregular or gluten free
2cupschopped salami
2cupsgrape tomatoeshalved
8oz.mozzarella pearls
1cupsliced green olives
10smallbasil leaveschiffonade into ribbons
5oz.vinaigrette salad dressingor slightly more or less to taste
Instructions
Cook the pasta as directed. Drain well and rinse with cold water.
While the pasta is cooking, prepare the ingredients to be added to the pasta salad.
Add the drained and rinsed pasta to a large serving bowl, then add the chopped salami, halved grape tomatoes, mozzarella pearls, green olives and basil ribbons. Gently toss and combine.
Add the vinaigrette salad dressing, drizzled over the top. Gently toss and combine and add more dressing if you like.
