Ingredients
2lb.pork tenderloin
Salt and pepper
1 1/2cuphoney
1/2cupbalsamic vinegar
1/4cupbrown sugar
1/2cupchicken broth
2TbspDijon mustard
2tspminced garlic
2tspminced onion

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, chicken broth, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and minced onion.
Place the pork tenderloin into the base of the slow cooker and season with salt and pepper. Pour the prepared sauce on and around the pork tenderloin.
Set the slow cooker on low and cook for 8 hours. Once finished cooking, slice or shred the pork with 2 forks and mix into the sauce.
Prepare veggies.
Warm the dinner rolls.
