Ingredients
1lb.salmon filet
Salt and pepper
3Tbsplemon juice
2Tbspolive oil
1tspminced garlic
4sprigs fresh rosemary

Instructions
Cook rice, as directed.
Preheat the oven to 400 F.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil and minced garlic.
Cut salmon filet into 4 pieces. Place in a small baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Pour the lemon juice sauce over the top, then place the rosemary sprigs on top of each filet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the salmon is no longer pink in the middle.
Prepare the salad.
Serve Rosemary Salmon with side salad and rice.
Freezer Meal Instruction
Add all ingredients into gallon size freezer bag.
Put baggie in the freezer and freeze up to 6 months in fridge freezer or 12 months in a deep freezer.
Thaw completely in the fridge overnight, before transferring the salmon and toppings to the baking dish. Bake at 400 F for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with rice and salad.
