Super simple way to prepare grilled potatoes!
Servings - 4 servings
Boil the red potatoes whole for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from the water and let cool for a few minutes.
Place potatoes on skewers. (I used 2 skewers for the potatoes because they weigh so much and I wanted them to be nice and secure on the skewers.)
Once the potatoes have cooked through, slide them off the skewers and top with your favorite toppings.
