Edible cookie dough for kids that's packed with protein and other nutritious ingredients

Servings - 16 brookie balls
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp heavy cream
- 1 cup flour regular or gluten-free
- 2 scoops Kid's Daily Essentials Chocolate Protein Powder by Naked Nutrition
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
In a glass mixing bowl, melt the butter. Mix in the brown sugar, vanilla and heavy cream. Combine until smooth.
Add the flour and Kid's Daily Essentials Chocolate Protein Powder by Naked Nutrition. Add the pinch of salt. Combine until smooth.
If needed add a spoonful more of flour to soak up any extra liquid. Once dough has formed, fold in the chocolate chips.
Use an ice cream scoop to form individual scoops of cookie dough and store in the fridge. Enjoy!
