Protein-Packed "Brookie Dough"

Edible cookie dough for kids that's packed with protein and other nutritious ingredients

Servings - 16 brookie balls

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 cup flour regular or gluten-free
  • 2 scoops Kid's Daily Essentials Chocolate Protein Powder by Naked Nutrition
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a glass mixing bowl, melt the butter. Mix in the brown sugar, vanilla and heavy cream. Combine until smooth.
  • Add the flour and Kid's Daily Essentials Chocolate Protein Powder by Naked Nutrition. Add the pinch of salt. Combine until smooth.
  • If needed add a spoonful more of flour to soak up any extra liquid. Once dough has formed, fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Use an ice cream scoop to form individual scoops of cookie dough and store in the fridge. Enjoy!
