Ingredients
2cupschicken or vegetable broth
12ozcan tomato paste
2tspground cumin
1tspgarlic powder
1tsponion powder or 1 Tbsp minced onion
1tspsalt and pepper each
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, whisk together the broth, tomato paste, ground cumin, garlic powder, onion powder or minced onion and salt and pepper. Bring to bubbling, then reduce heat and let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Then turn off the heat to keep it from thickening too much.
