Garlic Beef Bites with Baby Potatoes

These tender, slow cooked steak pieces and baby potatoes are smothered in a gorgeous garlic cream sauce - it’s perfect for an easy and quick yet indulgent weeknight meal.

Ingredients 

  • 2 lbs stew beef
  • 2 lbs baby potatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • Side: veggies

Instructions

  • Place the stew beef and baby potatoes into the base of the slow cooker. Pour the beef broth, pads of butter, minced garlic and Italian seasoning over the top.
  • Slow cook on low for 4 hours. Once the cooking cycle is complete, stir the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese into the slow cooker with the beef and potatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Prepare the veggies.
