2lbsbaby potatoes
1cupbeef broth
4Tbspbutter
2tspminced garlic
1tspItalian seasoning
1cupheavy cream
3/4cupgrated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Place the stew beef and baby potatoes into the base of the slow cooker. Pour the beef broth, pads of butter, minced garlic and Italian seasoning over the top.
Slow cook on low for 4 hours. Once the cooking cycle is complete, stir the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese into the slow cooker with the beef and potatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Prepare the veggies.
