Beefy Ranch Mac n Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tbsp minced onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 12 oz. small shell pasta noodles
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp Ranch dressing mix
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
Instructions
- Cook the pasta as directed. Drain.
- While the pasta is cooking, brown the ground beef with the minced onion and garlic powder. Drain if desired.
- Once the pasta has cooked, add the butter to the same pot and let it melt. Then stir in the heavy cream and Ranch dressing mix. Whisk together and stir in the cooked pasta and browned ground beef. Toss with the shredded cheddar cheese until creamy mac n cheese forms.
- Serve Beef Ranch Mac n Cheese with favorite salad or veggies.
