In a large skillet, heat up the chicken or vegetable stock. Once it starts bubbling, stir in the sun-dried tomatoes, garlic powder and Italian seasoning or thyme, and crushed red pepper.
Bring back to bubbling, then gently add the ravioli into the bubbling sauce. Let cook for 4 minutes to soften.
Once the ravioli have softened, swirl in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan. Gently stir to combine. Optional: add in cooked, shredded chicken here. Return to bubbling and then spoon into serving bowls.
