Use these tips to make perfect, fluffy scrambled eggs
Servings - 4 servings
- 8 large eggs
- 8 tsp milk
- 1 Tbsp butter or olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Add the eggs and milk to a large mixing bowl. Whisk vigorously for 1 minute, using upward, circular motion to aerate the eggs.
Heat the skillet over medium high heat and add the butter or oil.
Give the eggs one more quick whisk and then pour onto hot skillet. Let sit for about a minute, then push them to the side to scramble and cook the remaining eggs. Remove from heat once all are cooked.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with preferred toppings or side dishes.
