How to Make Perfect Scrambled Eggs

Use these tips to make perfect, fluffy scrambled eggs

  • 8 large eggs
  • 8 tsp milk
  • 1 Tbsp butter or olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Add the eggs and milk to a large mixing bowl. Whisk vigorously for 1 minute, using upward, circular motion to aerate the eggs.
  • Heat the skillet over medium high heat and add the butter or oil.
  • Give the eggs one more quick whisk and then pour onto hot skillet. Let sit for about a minute, then push them to the side to scramble and cook the remaining eggs. Remove from heat once all are cooked.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve with preferred toppings or side dishes.
