Ingredients 

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 1/2 cups of water
  • 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed

Instructions

  • Add fruit, flaxseed, milk and water to blender. Blend!
