Mango Chicken

Ingredients 

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts ($2)
  • 1/2 cup Mango Marinade ($.25)
  • 1-2 cup basmati rice ($1)
  • Green Beans ($1.49)
  • Dessert! *gasp* GF Chocolate Chip Cookies ($.32)

Instructions

  • Marinate chicken in Mango Marinade (or other favorite!). Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
  • Cook basmati rice according to directions on package.
  • Snap off the "stems" of the green beans. Steam green beans in steamer or saute in EVOO (extra virgin olive oil). Simple, nutritious and wholesome dinner!
