Honey Roasted Peanuts

  • 2 cups raw peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons butter (do not use margarine as it tends to burn)
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt, optional


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix honey, butter and optional salt in a saucepan, heat on low and stir until well blended. This step can also be done in the microwave if you prefer.
