Dairy-Free Chocolate Pudding
sweetener - agave, honey, maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla(or use homemade vanilla extract!)
1/4 tsp salt
Crushed pistachios, for topping
Place all ingredients in the blender or food processor except the pistachios. (Although you could add those in if you'd like.)
Blend until smooth.
Serve with crushed pistachios on top.
