I love making smoothies. On a near daily basis, there is a smoothie made in my kitchen.

Ingredients

milk or yogurt

strawberries

cup
frozen berries blend

protein powder
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Divide into 2 large or 4 smaller servings. Drink up.
