Freezer Friendly Blueberry Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients 

  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 2/3 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup oil or melted butter
  • 1 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups blueberries

Instructions

  • Whisk together all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto a hot griddle and cook the pancakes.
  • Serve with Blueberry Oatmeal Pancakes with butter and syrup.
