An easy breakfast that you can pop from the freezer each morning!

- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2/3 cup quick cooking oats
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup oil or melted butter
- 1 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cups blueberries
Whisk together all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto a hot griddle and cook the pancakes.
Serve with Blueberry Oatmeal Pancakes with butter and syrup.
