Monkey Breakfast Salad

I try to get a bit of banana, a berry, a few bits of coconut and some almond/peanut butter with each and every bite!

Servings - 4 servings

Ingredients 

  • 4 small bananas
  • 2 cups berries
  • 4 Tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut flakes garnish

Instructions

  • Cut the bananas up and add to the serving bowl.
  • Add about 1/2 cup of berries to each bowl.
  • Sprinkle some coconut flakes into each bowl.
  • Add 1 Tbsp almond or peanut butter to each bowl.
  • Serve Monkey Breakfast Salad.
