Cinnamon roll... in a bowl. Does breakfast get any better than this?!
Servings - 12 servings
- 3 cups quick cooking oats
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 12 oz bag cinnamon chips
- 6 oz white chocolate chips
- Milk, cream or yogurt for serving
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9x13-inch glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix all the ingredients together in a stand mixer or large mixing bowl. Batter will be 'loose' and then you can fold in the cinnamon chips and white chocolate chips.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until set in the middle.
Serve Cinnamon Roll Baked Oatmeal warm with milk, cream or yogurt.
