Ingredients
2cupsplain yogurt
1/2cupcooked quinoa (I like to use leftovers from dinner!)
1Tbsphemp hearts
1smallpearsliced
12strawberriessliced
1pintblueberries
1Tbspchopped walnuts
4Tbsphoney
Instructions
Into each serving bowl, evenly divide and spoon in the yogurt, blueberries, strawberries, sliced pears. Sprinkle the cooked quinoa, chopped walnuts and hemp hearts over the top. Drizzle the honey over the fruit, yogurt and toppings.
