Preheat your oven to 350 F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine your cream cheese, sour cream and refried beans and mix together. You'll need a hefty flat spatula, or even a stand/hand mixer.
Mix in your taco seasoning, 1 cup of shredded Mexican blend cheese and 1 cup of salsa.
Scoop into a oven safe bowl, top with the remaining shredded cheese and bake for 25 minutes. Add a few more dollops of salsa on top, when served.
Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
