A little twist on shredded chicken that is great for tacos, nachos, or burrito bowls!

Ingredients
2largeboneless chicken breasts
4boneless chicken thighs
1/4cuphot water
Salt and pepper
1smallwhite onion
1tspminced garlic
1/2tsporegano
1cupbeer
12flour tortillas
Garnish: pico de gallo
Garnish: sour cream
Side: salad
Instructions
Slice the white onion.
Place the chicken breasts and chicken thighs into the electric pressure cooker insert with the hot water. Add the sliced onion, minced garlic, oregano, salt and pepper around the chicken. Pour the beer over the top.
Steam valve: Sealing.
Cook on: Manual/High for 15 minutes.
Release: Natural.
Once finished cooking, shred the chicken with 2 forks and mix into the sauce. Strain, if needed, and spoon the shredded chicken into tortillas and make tacos. Add favorite taco toppings as garnish.
Prepare the salad.
