Ingredients
2largeor 4 small beef steaks
1Tbspmelted butter
1Tbspsteak seasoning
salt and pepper
1cupwhite rice
veggiesside dish
Instructions
Melt the butter and pour over the steak. Then season with seasoning and let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes before grilling. Grill for 4-8 minutes on each side, or until they are done to your likeness! Cooking times will depend on heat of the grill, thickness of the steak and how rare you like to eat them!
In medium saucepan, cook 1 cup of rice in 2 1/4 cups of water. Bring to a boil, add rice and return to boil. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 20 minutes.
