romaine lettuce, washed and chopped into bite sized pieces

roma tomatoes, diced

green onions, sliced OR 1/2 small red onion, diced

green or red pepper, diced

cucumber, sliced

crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
Whisk olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic & oregano well.
Assemble all the salad and veggies. Pour the tangy Greek dressing over the assembled salad.
