Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease 2 – 9×5-inch loaf pans.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the wet ingredients in the order listed and mix well. Add the dry ingredients and form the batter. Fold in the cinnamon chips and white chocolate. chips.
Pour batter into the prepared baking dish.
Loaf pan: Bake in the preheated oven for 55 to 65 minutes.
With about 10 minutes left in the baking time, make the glaze as follows.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, butter, cream and vanilla. Mix in the powdered sugar and pinch of salt.
Once the bread is finished baking, remove from oven and place pan on cooling rack.
Pour the glaze immediately onto the cooked bread and spread evenly. Let cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
