Freezer friendly + Instant Pot Dinner = #MomWin 👉🏼👉🏼👉🏼👉🏼👉🏼👉🏼👉🏼Check out this recipe for Instant Pot Chicken & Black Bean Taco Salad 4 small boneless chicken breasts 1/2 cup hot water 15 oz. can black beans 1 cup red salsa 1 packet taco seasoning Salt and pepper Open, drain and rinse the black beans. Place the chicken breasts in the electric pressure cooker insert with the hot water. Pour the black beans, salsa, and taco seasoning over the top. Steam valve: Sealing. Cook on: Manual/High for 15 minutes. Release: Natural or Quick. Once finished cooking, shred the chicken into the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
