The ‘mini quiche’ sounds yummy! My husband will not let me serve “quiche” – I have to call it “omelet pie” LOL!

Chicken Fajita Pizza sound very interesting. I always love your recipes, so I’ll be sure to check back for that. Great MPM!

Are you going away on vacation? If so, where? I’ve never made quiches. I’ve bought them or ordered them out, but never made them.

I love sweet potato fries but haven’t tried making them at home yet. Are they any more difficult than normal fries?

They work just the same as making potato fries. I usually sprinkle in some cinnamon with the sliced wedges and oil before laying them all out on the baking sheet.

I glad you survived BlogHer and hope you had a great time. I’m sure you really need your vacation now more than ever. I’ll be looking forward to your posts when you get back. This week is an easy meal plan for me too. I went WAY over my ($75 for the All You grocery challenge)budgeted amount last week. Need to make up for it this week. Also, I’m curious, do you ever eat leftovers the next night?

We usually will eat leftovers for lunch…and occasionally on the weekends.

I have a little problem. I cannot make a meal that costs more than $5. It’s unnatural, but my pocketbook thanks me.
