    The $5 Dinners Weekly Meal Plan with Printable Grocery List

    Scroll down and you’ll see a list of ingredients for each of the recipes included, in the order they are listed above. I’ll include ALL ingredients, including many that you already have in your pantry, refrigerator, or freezer. If you have those ingredients, just don’t click them!

    Put a check mark by each of the ingredients, and then print your grocery list and be on your way to the grocery store!

    Slow Cooker Honey Ham & Bean Soup

    1 package Hurst HamBeens Slow Cooker Bacon and Beans
    1 ham bone
    2 cups cubed or diced ham
    1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes with juices
    1/4 cup honey
    1 small onion
    2 celery stalks
    4 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp chili powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    Serve with a side dish of veggies

    Southwest Macaroni and Cheese

    1 lb. elbow macaroni noodles
    8 oz. sour cream
    10 oz. Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
    2 cups cooked black beans, or 15 oz. can black beans
    15 oz. can corn
    2 cups Mexican blend cheese, or Pepper Jack cheese blend

    Easy Broccoli Beef

    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1/2 pound thin flank steak
    1/2 small onion
    2 garlic cloves
    4 cups broccoli florets
    1 cup carrots
    2 teaspoons cornstarch
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 tablespoon oyster sauce
    1 tablespoon rice vinegar
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1/2 teaspoon ginger
    Serve with white rice or fried rice

    Chicken Enchilada Chili

    1 cup homemade or store bought beef broth
    1 6 oz can tomato paste
    3 Tbsp homemade taco seasoning
    1 Tbsp chili powder
    1 15 oz can red beans
    2 cups cooked black beans
    1 15 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies
    2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
    Serve with 4 corn cobs or other favorite veggie

    Slow Cooker Beef Roast with Apples, Carrots, Red Potatoes & Pearled Onions

    1 1/2 to 2 lb. beef roast
    3 medium sized apples
    1/2 lb. baby carrots or peeled carrots
    8 small red potatoes
    1 cup frozen pearled onions
    Garlic and Onion seasoning

    Black Beans with Mango & Cilantro

    1 lb. dried black beans
    2 mangoes
    About 10 cilantro stems with leaves
    1 tsp ground cumin
    Optional: 2 cups of chicken or vegetable broth

    Avocado Egg Breakfast Sandwich

    Cilantro
    6 eggs
    6 English Muffins
    6 slices cheese
    6 Spoonfuls of Salsa
    1 avocado
    Lemon or lime juice
    Side of fresh fruit

    Salted Caramel Brownie Parfaits

    Homemade or store bought brownies
    1 small box Caramel flavored pudding
    2 cups milk
    Drizzles of chocolate and/or caramel syrup
    Pinchful of coarse sea salt
