Y’all know I’m all about the frugal and being the best steward of my food dollars that I can be. And that’s why I’m super pumped about this Ziploc Vacuum Sealer. I’ve not had one in the past, and I’m super excited about how this Ziploc Vacuum Sealer will change the way that I freeze food. (And help me save space for what I need to squeeze into the freezer before Cuatro arrives in January!)
Couple benefits of freezer cooking and the vacuum sealer…
- Money – Purchase in bulk, eat at home, spend less on takeout/dining out!
- Health – Freezer food in proper portions; homemade meals help you control what’s in the food
- Preservatives – Bags used with the system have superior strength and barrier for foods in the freezer
- Reduce Waste – Freeze those leftovers
The Vacuum Sealer Systems include the Vacuum sealer along with large and small rolls that are customizable to fit whatever you’re storing and/or freezing.
The gift package that we’re giving away with the following:
- 1 Ziploc Vacuum Sealer System
- 1 roll of each of the 3 size bags
- $30 Target Gift Card

my fave food to freeze is my Husband’s Italian sauce but it keeps staining my tupperware. I would love to have a sealer and then just plunge the frozen sauce packet into a boiling pot of water to thaw.

My favorite meal to freeze is lasagna. Oh, it’s so good the first day you have it after a long summer of salads and sandwiches. And then I make two, and tuck one in the freezer to have a month or so later. That second lasagna is even better because it is just as delicious, but took no effort to make.
my favorite food to freeze is rice put in freezer bag lay flat and when needed just run the rice in a strainer in hot water
